Hey, I want to generate stable reference voltages around 10mV. The avaliable input is from a 16-bit DAC capable of generating +/- 12V input. I solved this by first using a voltage divider, followed by a operational amplifier to reach 10mV. The problem is that the voltage ripples by around +/-0.4mV. Should I have taken another approach or can this ripple be decreased by connecting a capacitor on the output of the opamp? In that case, which size?

The output from the DAC and the power supplies varies only 1mv so I guess that is not the problem?
