Besides hijacking this thread, you've linked to a free-energy (rubbish) site. Such topics are not allowed here because they are a waste of time.

If you really have an interest in that particular circuit, beyond its alleged use in free-energy machines, make sure you make that clear.

Personally, I think that circuit is gibberish but I'll admit ignorance. It's not like any normal rectifier circuit, of that I'm sure.
