real and reactive power flow between 2 nodes

Could someone please help me to derive the following equation for both real and reactive power flow between 2 nodes\buses.

Node1: V1 @ angle δ°
Node1: V2 @ angle 0°
Impedance between nodes: Z=ωL

Then,

Real power, P = (V1V2/ωL)*sin δ°

Reactive power, Q = (V1^2/ωL) - (V1V2/ωL)*sin δ°

Please explain how to derive these 2 equations.
