Hello,

I am trying to read pwm signal using cd4047 chip instead of an arduino. I am using an optoisolator/optocoupler as a switch to activate my mechanism. Just struggling a little, since I have never used cd4047 before. Some guideline on how to approach this or some pointers would be great!

Cd4047 is an Astable /monostable timer not a pll chip, you need a CD4046..
