Im new to EE and Im a little confused with the terminology used in the SN74LS04 datasheet, found here: http://www.datasheetcatalog.org/datasheets/90/487903_DS.pdf
When the data sheet gives the limits for the input HIGH Current, are they referring to the current in terms of voltage? To clarify, are they saying that this is the value of the current when the input voltage is high?
