Anyone have a good circuit of measuring Rds ON on a FET vs junction temp.

 

I just put the victim inside a large ceramic wirewound resistor with a thermocouple beside it, add electricity to the big resistor so it heats up and measure the results. Put the answers on a piece of graph paper and you have what you need.

A "curcuit" to do that is way beyond my skills.
