I am doing a school project and am wondering if anyone can give me any information on how to build a proper remote control PVC submarine. I will also need some materials too. I don't think normal high frequency RC penetrates water.
REAL submarines communicate with extremely low frequencies.
Find out what frequencies are used by model submarines.
Maybe there is a kit RC submarine that you can build.
