Hi all, wondering if anyone can offer any help with the above items, what i need to know is in what form both are used, why when you use the formula to work out frequency of oscillation there are two equations, both have 2∏RC on the bottom line but the √6 will be on either the top line or underneath, what defines where it needs to be and why?

Is it if the networks are CR rather than RC? the phase angle is retarded back rather than advanced forward?
