    Given this circuit:

Input D is 0 for only a short time then goes high and stay high. Do the RC circuit replacement from input D to output B:

I have two results, but I am not sure which one is correct, please help me identify the correct result:

    A:

    B:

What is the transient RC model you are using for a MOSFET transistor?

I am not sure which transient RC model I should using, but isn't this a just simple circuit reduction?

A circuit reduction to what? A circuit reduction by way of using an RC model for the transistors in the circuit. If you don't know what RC model you are using, then how can you do a reduction?
