I have a simple circuit that I am trying to test and it seems like the RC part is not working.
The 100uF Capacitor is supposed to start charging as soon as I plug in the Battery, though it does not do that.
When I plug in the battery and measure the voltage between the capacitor and 30k resistor I only get about 1.2v?!
I then measured the voltage from the right pin of the 30k resistor and I get about 8.67v?
Any ideas?
