Radio and Ultrasound waves

Hi guys,

Radio waves affect the ultrasound waves?
The main question is that I have a passive RFID close enough to an ultrasound device and I am concerning if the the ultrasound waves be affected by the radio waves. In my opinion they will not be affected because while the ultrasound device will operate, the passive rfid tag will be off, I mean no reader will be close to energize it. Am I right?

Thanks in Advance

Ultrasound is a pressure wave passing through some medium (air, human tissue, etc.). Radio waves are electromagnetic. The two phenomena are completely different.

To amplify my earlier comment,if there was a high RF field,as from a Radio transmitter, the RF could possibly enter the low level stages of an ultrasound receiver, causing interference.
A passive device like an rfid cannot do this.

As upand_at_them has said, the radio waves cannot effect the ultrasound waves directly.
