Please help me,

I want to design a basic R-C circuit which is switched a 8 bit timer in PWM mode. When I change Duty cycle , capacitor voltage will change. So that i can obtain;
0V when D=0 (0%)
5V when D=1 (100%)
The problem is that:
I want to acquire 2V when D=0 and 5V when D=1 (linearly increment)
Do you know a circuit like this.
Thank you,

I'm lost, is this R-C radio control or resistance-capitance? Is timer something like a 4022, divide by 8 counter ?
Sorry for confusing.
R-C= Resistance Capacitor circuit.
8 bit timer= Timer counter unit of a microcontroller.
I use pwm output of a nicrocontroller to drive R-C to acqıire an anolog voltage between 2-5V.

You could try something like this.
Thank you very much. This is very good solution. I have another question.
if i have common a grounded 15V source, is it possible to design 2-5.6 V range.

when D=0 Vcap= 2V
when D=1 Vcap=5.6V
