I figured it out, but took me about 6 tries using variations on inflection, timing, references to comedy sketches, and speech impediments.
We'd probably be best friends in person, but we'd still end up explaining out jokes to each other.

BTW, never tried tequila in my life but I suspect it could be just another strong spirit as so many around the globe: you pay your toll if you become too enthusiastic the night before. Happened to me with "caipirinha" at Paranaguá. Six or seven in two hours. I would no do that again.
