how many times can you use the AV key?

if i have 3 user license in one CD can i spare the remaining 2 license for the another year 2015-2016?

If its Norton, your 1 year for all 3 PCs starts when you install on the first PC. If you wait 6 months to install on the second PC, you only get the remaining 6 months.
