I report that a circuit is down and telco tests without issue, I reset the router and everything is working normally again. 2 hours later I am asked to report the circuit down again ... is the circuit having problems or the router?

Would appreciate your opinions. Thanks!

 

I think you need to be more clear. "telco" seems to indicate "telephone company" and twisted pairs sometimes more than a mile long. That is not the kind of quality you connect a router to. Can you clear this up for me?
