Question About Signals....

    Underdamped signals are of what type? Either these are energy signals or power signals? Plz explain it

    I'm unsure what you mean by "energy or power" signals, energy and power are essentially the same thing in common usage.

    Underdamped - Oscillations occur in addition to desired signal.
    Critically Damped - Best match of input signal.
    Overdamped - Part of signal is lost.

    This relates to oscillator circuits to impedance matching.

    Can you be more specific?

    It's an energy signal if integrating over infinity yields a finite result.
