To the OP - if you give some parameters you have a better chance of getting an answer. If all you want is a circuit, then use "pwm + 556" as a search term. It gives over 100,000 hits.

 

I've done a lot of circuits using the 555 for PWM. How about a bit more information, as in max and min numbers (plain 555's don't generally do 0 to 100, though it can be done other ways).
