I am trying to come up with a circuit to enable an amplifier for a push pull circuit, but I wanted to have the enabler on if the wave from is switching every <50us (20kHz+) I was trying to use a missing pulse detector like below, but Im kind of stuck any suggestions?

 

Where are you stuck? What do you mean by a "waveform that is switching?" Are you looking for a low (0V) level?

 

My guess:

You have an amplifier connected to a signal source, and you want the amplifier to be off if the signal is absent, and come on automatically when the signal appears. The signal has a minimum frequency of 20 KHz. To do this, you want to build a missing pulse detector to generate an enable/disable signal.
