Hi. I have a TTL data stream of +ve going pulses 64µs wide with a period of 10ms. I need a method of narrowing the pulses to 32µs wide approx without changing the period. Any suggestions please?

 

You could use a 32uS Monostable triggered on the high going edge of the 64uS

Or if you do not have a 74121, use trailing edge, differentiate with about 10k & 500Pf into a 555?

 

Thanks. I have lots of 74 series but not the 121, will buy some. Used a 555 and now have 10-64µS variable. Perfect!
