You can add a DC voltage source to a node that you want to force to a specific voltage. Is this what you are trying to accomplish or are you asking something else?

i mean that if i have a circuit with 4 nodes one of them i know its voltage so how i can provide the Pspice with it ??? if i use a DC voltage source i think that i will have a wrong answer ???

Can you show the circuit that you are trying to analyze so that we can better understand the issue?

What exactly do you mean you "know" the voltage? How do you know it?

Well, without any further details of the actual question or a description of the circuit you are trying to analyze, I'll stick with my first answer...
