PS1503SBU - is it normal ?

Hi all,

I just got the ps1503sbu and I want to make sure it works correctly. When I turn it on only the Voltage LCD turns on, I don't have anything connected to it, I'm just turn it on to see if it works, but ... I thought the `Current' LCD should also turn on.... shouldn't it ?
