I have a project where I want two PCB's, a low voltage control board and the 240AC board which will contain relays, triacs, etc. So, I want to have a connector on each board to send the control lines down to. My problem is that I can't work out how to draw this correctly in Proteus/Isis in regards to having two connectors between components to separate them out, then still being able to simulate the circuit. If I am still to simulate the circuit then in PCB design the system tries to add components from each board onto the one. If I have two physically disconnected connectors on the schematic then how to I simulate.
