PROTEL 99SE

I have created a design accross several sheets and one master sheet in schematic entry which was fine. The design has duplicate circuits within it i.e 11 temperature sense circuits on one schematic, 6 Power output stages on another and so on. When I go to PCB design I have the whole lot to lay out in one go and it seems pointless to have to repeat layouts for similar circuits. I have tried creating one sheet from one temperature circuit and then copying (by 11) on a top sheet but when transfer to PCB the PCB editor ignores the other 10 circuits and only shows components for the one. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have now resorted to reading the manuals in bed and its driving me up the wall!!
