i have a circuit consisting of rc network then operational amplfier then diodes then flip flop
kindly let me know the method to calculate the propagation delay offered by the complete circuit

Propagation delay are much related to logic gates,and it depends on how the gate circuit has been designed ,and I think you are using some kind of IC (like 74XX) for your gates ,so the time for delay will be given in the datasheet of the IC many times under "Switching Characteristics" section of the datasheet.
