The total power supply voltage is 47V, not 24V.
When I say, "at clipping" I mean that the output is reduced slightly so that it is not clipping.

The rail to rail voltage is 48V. Each rail presents respectively +/-24V to ground. All voltages are referenced to ground, as usual. Therefore it is more correct to talk about +/-24V because we are talking about a split power supply, and not about a single power supply. These voltages were actually measured on the fully working amplifier and they can go a bit above +/-24V.
