project on high power amplifier

    to design high power amplifier by cascading low power ones....


    resultant high power amplifier specification
    frequency range 429-439mhz
    small signal gain 50 db min,55db typ
    power supply 230vac,2500w
    o/p power CW +60dBm min @ RF i/p +10 dbm..

    plz sent the design and specification of low power amplifier to design high power amplifier....

    Cascading is in series. Then the gain is increased but the max power output is the same as the last one.

    Connecting them in parallel (if it is possible) will increase the available output current but the power will not be higher because the voltage is the same as one.

    Power equals voltage times current. To increase the output power you must increase the output voltage and increase the output current.

    Just being noisey, what is this for? Radio is pretty restricted in most parts of the world.

    Hello,

    The frequency range is about that of the 70 cm hamradio band.
    Why do you need 1 kWatts?
    An amplifier for that range and power is commercial available for about 4000 Euro's.
