Hi!
I've got a shotgun hearing curves in both ears.
This means that I should be wearing a hearing aid. I tried an in-ear one, but I was constantly taking it out as it was bothering me.
I've recently hit on an idea of building it up myself and placing the board in a defunct mp3 player which is about 3 inches long and 1 inch wide. I want to connect the ear-piece to it and it will be indistinguishable from a normal mp3.
Does anyone know how to build a circuit to circumvent my loss of hearing? I guess that it will be a normal audio amp with possibly a DSP chip to compensate for my hearing loss.
Do look up a shotgun hearing curve so that you will know what I'm talking about. I can post the dbs required
