Hi i have a problem to solve , i have to write the in-file(.IN) of this cicuit and i don't now some things:
I have to put model to a CAP and I know that VC1=0.01V^-1 and TC1=0.02^-1 , i know i have to write something like this
.MODEL C3 CAP(C=???)// i don't know the last part.
And i have to write a model to the BC107A and BF245A??

What program do you have to use?
I do not know much about simulators.
The BC107 is a BJT transistor.
The BF245 is an UJT Fet.

I have attached the datasheets for them.
