I got an xl6009 from eBay .
it boosts 5v to 12 ~ 16 v from phone charger but it doesn't boost 19.13 v from laptop charger . I can get only 18.3 v from boost converter . what am I doing wrong ? I never used this module before .

Should work. Try it with the laptop battery.
