Hi,
I am a hobbyelectronic and get some cnc controllercards , but unfortunelly with a 16 bit VME-Bus . Does someone knows a way to use the cards on a PC ? Does some build an adapter ISA , PCI , USB , RS232 , Parallel to VMVE-Bus , or knows where I can get so one ?

I would bet you would need to make some intermediate device to do the interfacing. It might have to look like a VME controller to the cards, and perphaps talk to the PC through USB.

That would be the guide to constructing an adapter. It would require a microcontroller to do the operation.
