problem with igbt dc inverter

Hi im new to this igbt circuits and im facing a problem where when i switch on the power the igbt exploded. I tried changing the igbt and the same problen occured. The model of the machine is IA1600 weldone and the igbt model is fgh40n60ufd. Can anyone tell me how to troubleshoot the problem. Thank you.
