I have a probe station, that has thre probes all connected to an SMU via triaxial cables. One of the cables was not long enough to reach the SMU so it was lengthened usin a female to female adaptor. After this the only probe that doesn't seem to work is the one that has been lengthened. Could this be the problem? Or is it something different.

(The probe station is in a glove box, I would prefer it if I didn't have to get it out to test)

    Thanks

Why did you hook three probes to Southern Mississippi University?

You may want to check your adapter to see if it is 'straight through' or if the polarities get reversed on the other end.
