printer into conveyor belt

Either you are going to have to find a way to make the printer grow somehow, or give us some idea of what you expect the conveyor belt to carry, and how it will do that.

Sorry about not describing my project.

I am planning to make small 1 meter long conveyor belt on which toast will move and stop at three points for spreads like jam,peanut butter.

I want to control the motor with arduino.

I can salvage the roller,motor from the printer.

Need your valuable advice on how to approach the project.

Seriously though, if you can keep the roller and bearings in place, along with the stepper motor that drives it, and can figure out the driver on the board for the stepper, you will already have a number of items in place.

Look at the IC's on the PCB near where the motor's drive cable plugs in. Record their part numbers, and search for datasheets on the IC's to figure out what they are. You're looking for a stepper driver IC datasheet of some kind.
