Printer for PCB

Hi everyone,
Can anyone recommend a good, available, < $200, lazer printer for PCB toner transfer.
I bought a Brother printer some time ago only to find out later that they do not do the job (something to do with the type of toner).
There are apparently some other makes and models that also do not work.
I found the attached list of "Problem Printers" on a PCB website.

Thanks
pilko

I use an HP 1020, but that was years ago, still works well, $129... A new toner cartridge is $70 though, but lasts a very long time. Might check the HP website/store, they use to have one model in that price range, on special.

Word of advice though, refurbished, refilled toner cartridges don't work well for PCB. The are fine for memos in an office, but doesn't stick consistently on copper, lots of gaps and holes.

Thanks for the link.
@HarveyH42 Thanks for the response.
The HP 1020 is listed as a "problem printer" in my attachment. --- it gets very confusing. Some printers seem to work well for some people but not for others.
It appears that success may be more dependent on paper and procedure.
