    Folks,

I’m looking for a pressure sensor for a process, which runs at 1 to 2 torr of vacuum. The sensor will be sampled with a 12-bit DAQ, which has 0 to +5V input and can measure a differential input (National Instruments USB-6008).

The sensors, which I found so far, have an output range which extends to 760 torr (1 atm). However, I’m not really interested in anything above 5 torr.

I’d like to focus on the 0.1 to 5 torr range. I could make my own level shifting and scaling circuit. But, I’d prefer to buy a sensor with a close range (budget does allow). Have anyone seen vacuum sensors like that in your travels?

Any suggestion, insight or reference is really appreciated!

    Cheers,
    - Nick

    Thanks. I've edited the O.P.
0 to 5 torr became 0.1 to 5 torr (medium vacuum still).
