Hi,

Could you help me to verify testing the temp sensor LM34?
I applied a 9vdc to +Vs and GND, and measure between Vo pin and GND, I just got 0.7 vdc out, I don't think it is right. I am looking the output is about 2.9vdc equal to 25degC.

Hello,

Keep in mind that the LM34 is calibrated for Fahrenheit.
The LM35 is calibrated for Celcius.
See the datasheets.

The data sheet says you'll get 10 mV per deg F. Therefore your measured temperature was 700 mV/(10 mV/degF) or 70 deg F. Sounds reasonable.
