    This appears to be an assignment, so I will move it to a more appropriate section.

    This is your assignment. You have studied electronics for some time, judging by the assignment. The work needs to be yours - we get no grade for doing your work. Come up with a design, post it here, and perhaps we can offer suggestions.

    sorry for opening topic in wrong place ..
    but i only want initial information.. then i'll design it of course..
    but i couldn't know "if ishould use 3 or 5 transistors " or some initial information like this..

    Doesn't the assignment sheet say something about a minimum number of transistors?

    there's not a min. border..
    but we'll use maximum 7 transistors..

    wow using seven transistors for a preamp is quite a hefty design. since there's no minimum #s of transistors to use, why not make a low noise preamp by using a FET for your input and a regular bipolar as your output.:)
