I am researching on on application of chirp signals that be easily be simulated using MATLAB or LT spice, please does anyone know how I can achieve this practically.

An audio editor like audacity can generate the signals:

Chirp signals themselfes can be used for spread spectrum communications (wich is not audio):

One of the more common applications of R.F. chirp is in pulse compression radar. Modeling the transversal filter in Matlab should be fun.
