Hi everyone. I am planning to use a P-channel mosfet with a >-100Vds and Id>50A in one of my circuits. Could anyone suggest a power mosfet with a TO-220 package. Thanks. Any info is appreciated.

Isn't that 60P06 means 60V 60A? Better check it carefully first.

 

I generally like to see components used that are rated for at least 1.5 times their ratings.

Your specifications aren't exactly clear, but I suspect that you are asking too much from your components.
