Is there any chip or module that contines diodes with power MOSFET (four diodes and one MOSFET). I need it for positive and negative current direction control. The configuration is as described below (A) for anode (B) for cathode

Power MOSFET

(C)diode3(A) (A) diode4 (C)

A circuit would help to understand what you plan to do. Have you taken into account that mosfets conduct both directions when turned on?

Are you making a rectifier bridge or simply need reverse polarity protection?

For reverse polarity, you just need a P-Type MOSFET with a low RDS like the SUD19P06-60L

There are bridge rectifiers readily available.
