Dear Friends
I have been asked to design an inverter for a 150kW brushless motor for a (commercial) electric vehicle.
The batteries can supply 320-400 Vdc and the motor performance characteristics are included in the attachment. Maximum DC link current before the inverter is 400A. I have been asked to consider playing with V-I characteristics to be able to increase the 1 minute rating to 700Nm.
Please help....
Also how do I size my IGBT's. will 600V ones be enough?
