Power in series RLC.

    Just as the title states how is power found in a series RLC circuit? :)

    If you mean the steady-state real power in a series RLC circuit driven by a purely sinusoidal source, then calculate the current in the circuit and hence P=(I^2)xR, where I is the RMS value of the current.
