What is the formula for Power Factor in Capacitors?
Say the theres only a power sourse at 30V 50KHz and three capacitors and three resistors.

Is the equation PF= VsI or PF=cosθ?

You need to provide more specific information than the somewhat vague circuit description you mentioned.

In general the current phase angle in a simple RC circuit leads the supply voltage phase angle by a certain calculated angle, θ. The load power factor will be cos(θ).

Post your circuit and you will hopefully get a more detailed response - if that's your requirement.
