Can someone do that for me? Graph!

Show a 5K linear pot with a 1.8k on each end. Supplied from plus and minus 5 volts.

With say a 2K parallel resistor.

This is my one hour project yesterday. Start to this far. Parts from junk box.

It's a test box for proportional directional valves. Just a go, no-go test.

24vdc 1amp out. And -2.7 to +2.7 out for testing low end of 0-10 volt input.

I'm looking for simple way to extend dead band around zero volts.
Yet reach max on each end.

ps.
Valve control input impedance greater than 50K. Had to look it up. :)

Perfect, thanks.:D

Once it's entered would it be easy to show it with a few other (1K & 4K parallel) values to compare? And none?

At first look it does what I want.

It will be easy to sim plots for different parallel resistor values etc.:)

Came up with a good idea today. After you showed me I was on the right track.
This gives me couple degrees of 0V output.
And plus & minus 3V.
