Posting SVG files

    Hi,

    How do I post an SVG file with a message post?

    Since I don't have an svg file at hand to try it, it is very likely that .svg extension isn't allowed by the site.

    Try either: Manually changing the extension, ie changing the filename to myfile.svg.txt. Keep in mind that the intended recepients will have to change the extension back to change the file.
    Or: Put it in a .zip file and upload it. Some members are suspicious of .zip files, so clarify exactly what is in the file.

    Alternatively a program like Inkscape will export your SVG to an image file (e.g. PNG) so you can post that.

    Here's the SVG file in a ZIP folder. Can you see if you can open it please?

    Hello,

    I had no problem opening the file on my linux PC.
    I have converted it to a .png and attached the file here.
    (the image has no background color).
