Hello to all

I'm facing so many troubles with my porstgraduate project. At first i must say you that the project is about an LTE implementation by matlab. At the start i must create 7 hexagonal cells with a base station at the center of each one, then users to every cell, who they must communicate with the base stations via ofdm channels.

Can anyone help?
