positive buck boost converter

Sir

am doing project on digital combination of buck-boost converter to control positive buck boost converter.

my ref voltage is 5v

when i am simulating by giving it 3v its giving an voltage of 4.2
when i am simulating by giving it 5v its giving an voltage of 4.2
when i am simulating by giving it 7v its giving an voltage of 5.3


sir can u help me in rectifying the circuit......ill be grateful to u sir

If you are still online and didn't get rid of electronics, you have to understand the 2 different operational modes of step down (buck) and step up (boost). After that you will figure out how to control the mosfets.

Note: for high side switching you need a P channel mosfet . for N Channel you need 10-12V higher than the source. See mosfet gating Vgs.
