Porting RT-Linux - Help Required

Hello All,

This might sound dumb and may be not possible... but want to let your opinion...

I have no knowledge on how rt-liux works and how to port it to a micro controller so want to learn...

Since I have STM32 Discovery board at my disposal so was wondering if I can use it to learn porting of RT-Linux...

If not then can some one please advice me on how to start my journey...
Getting Raspberry Pi is on my cards if that would help ...
