    i have a PoE module "AG 9400".
all installed parts are ok but module is not providing 12 Volts.
it seem's that the module is not providing Class 0 signature to PoE switch.
    i need help.

i have one good module. i exchanged all parts from good module to bad module including I,C, FETs, Bridg Diodes, Chopper etc. (except micro resistors and ceramic capacitors). good module still working and bad module isn't.

when i connect good module steady power is provided from switch and when i connect bad module there is only pulses and spikes of high voltage.
what i read about this module is:
PoE switch first identify that whether the connected device need power on switch port or not by checking class 0 signature.
i don't know which component provide class 0 signature to switch.
