pnp transistor switch

Hi,
My brain is still thinking about the summer and I have forgotten how to figure the saturation current for a pnp transistor switch. Do I use the Ω of the resistor before the switch on the B line with the Vdc input or do I use the Ω of the coil of the relay on the bottom with the Vdc? I would have to subtract the .7V from the Vdc no matter which Ω I use, right?
Thanks!
Becky

hi becky,

use the coil resistance for your current supply :D
